An active membership is the key to enjoy all the benefits this program has to offer. Your membership must be fully paid to maintain active status. Here are some of the key terms and conditions of the membership program.
If you cancel your membership with Iready ALL your services will be terminated as well. We do not provide services to non-members.
Your membership fee must be paid monthly and in advance. We accept payments only from a valid credit card. It is your responsibility to inform Iready any changes to your credit card information, for examples, you have a new card, new expiry date, etc.
Your membership comes with an e-wallet or electronic payment account called DigiGold. The DigiGold account is opened for you when you activate your membership with Iready. There is no service charge for having DigiGold. The DigiGold account serves the following purposes.
- For payment to Iready on irregular charges such as Long Distance calls, future Pay-Per-View videos, etc.
- If you use any Iready service that may incur additional charges such as Long Distance calls you are required to maintain a minimum balance of $5.00 in DigiGold. Any time the balance in your DigiGold account dip below $5.00 we will automatically transfer $20.00 (or other pre-authorized amount) from your credit card to your DigiGold account. You can check the balance and related transactions in your DigiGold account online.
- In the future we plan to expand DigiGold coverage to allow you to make payments to other merchants (restaurants, retail stores, etc) without disclosing your credit card information to them. This is much safer than using your credit card to pay for purchases. A very important safety consideration when making online purchase to unknown merchants.
