Applying for DigiClub membership is very simple. You have three options:
- Click the "Online Sign Up" button on the left. Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the signup form. Click submit. Our Member Services representative will contact you to complete the process.
- Call our Member Service at 604-247-1234 and provide the information over the phone
- Download the Membership Application form, fill in the information, mail or fax it back to Iready for processing.
- You can visit our office in Richmond and complete the application form in person.
Make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions agreement before you sign the Membership Application form. Also, make sure you check the appropriate Residential or Business box to reflect your use. There is no price difference between the two member classes. Iready plan to add new features that may have specific use for each type of member. You may not able to take advantage of those features if you are in the wrong class. For a limited time we offer free unlimited dial-up service for those members not yet on broadband service. Please check free DigiPhone service or free Dial-up service accordingly.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our staff will check and make sure we have all the appropriate information from you and that your credit card information is correct. If everything is in order the technician will proceed to configure the analog telephone adapter (ATA) for your account while other staff will set up your account information in our database. Once all the preparation is completed we will put all the pieces into the starter kit.
If you apply in person you can take the starter kit with you and start using DigiPhone when you get home. If you apply over the phone you can come to our office and pick up the starter kit, or if you prefer we can ship (free shipping within the Greater Vancouver area) the starter kit to you.
Please follow the instruction in the starter kit to set up your telephone adapter and connect an analog phone to it.
